I, Cagri Adal, provide personalised one-on-one online English lessons through Empress English.

Lesson descriptions, availability, prices, lesson durations, packages, and other information may be updated from time to time.

3. No Guarantee of Results

English-language learning outcomes vary between individuals and depend on factors including existing English level, attendance, participation, practice, learning objectives, and other circumstances.

I therefore do not guarantee:

  • A particular level of English proficiency;

  • A specific IELTS, TOEFL, or other examination score;

  • Admission to a school, university, college, or other institution;

Students are expected to:

  • Communicate their English-learning objectives and relevant needs;

  • Follow applicable lesson and booking policies; and

  • Maintain a suitable internet connection, device, and learning environment.

I will make reasonable efforts to provide lessons appropriate to the student's stated learning objectives and level.

However, the student remains responsible for their own learning, preparation, and decisions based on information provided during lessons.

5. Examination Preparation

Where I provide IELTS, TOEFL, or other examination preparation through one-on-one online lessons, the lessons are intended to support the student's English-language development and examination preparation.

I do not guarantee that completing a particular number of lessons will result in a specific examination score or examination outcome.

Official examination requirements, scoring systems, registration procedures, and examination decisions are determined by the relevant examination organisation and are outside my control.

Students should always refer to the relevant official examination organisation for current requirements and policies.

6. Immigration and Visa Information

Empress English may provide English-language materials and one-on-one online lessons intended to help students communicate more effectively in immigration-related situations.

Any immigration-related English content, examples, vocabulary, or communication guidance is provided for language-learning purposes only.

I do not provide legal or immigration advice and do not act as an immigration lawyer, legal representative, immigration consultant, or government authority.

I do not guarantee visa approval, immigration approval, residence permission, citizenship, entry into any country, or any other immigration outcome.

Students should obtain advice from the relevant government authority or a suitably qualified immigration or legal professional where they require advice about their individual circumstances.
