  • 3. One-on-One Online Lessons

  • My one-on-one online English lessons are delivered primarily through Zoom and are designed to accommodate different learning needs where reasonably possible.

  • Depending on the student's needs and the lesson, I may provide:

  • Clear verbal explanations;

  • Visual learning resources;

  • Adjusted pacing;

  • Repetition or clarification of explanations;

  • Alternative ways of presenting information where reasonably practical; and

  • Additional reasonable support when arranged in advance.

  • Students are encouraged to inform me of any accessibility requirements before their lessons begin, or as soon as they become aware of a need.

  • 4. Reasonable Accommodation

  • If you require a reasonable adjustment or accommodation to participate in a one-on-one online lesson, please contact me before the relevant lesson whenever possible.

  • I will consider reasonable requests on a case-by-case basis and will make reasonable efforts to identify an appropriate solution.

  • The support I can provide may depend on:

  • The nature of the requested accommodation;

  • The student's individual requirements;

  • The technical capabilities of the platform;

  • The lesson format;

  • The availability of suitable accessible materials; and

  • Other practical circumstances.

  • I cannot guarantee that every requested accommodation will be technically or practically possible.

  • 5. Accessibility of Lesson Materials

  • Structured lesson content;

  • Readable text;

  • Written instructions;

  • Visual explanations;

  • Digital documents; and

  • Alternative explanations or formats where reasonably practical.

  • If you have difficulty accessing a particular lesson material, please contact me so that I can consider whether an alternative format or reasonable adjustment can be provided.

  • 6. Third-Party Services

  • Some parts of the Empress English website and one-on-one online lesson experience rely on third-party services.

  • These may include:

  • PayTR, for payment processing; and

  • Zoom, for live one-on-one online lessons and communication.

  • I do not control the accessibility features, design, technical infrastructure, or accessibility compliance of third-party websites and services.

  • For this reason, I cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party platforms.

  • If you experience an accessibility problem with a third-party service used in connection with Empress English, please contact me and I will make reasonable efforts to identify an alternative solution where possible.

  • 7. Accessibility and Technical Limitations

  • Although I make reasonable efforts to improve accessibility, some parts of the website or one-on-one online lesson experience may not be fully accessible because of:

  • Third-party software or services;

  • Website-platform limitations;

  • Browser or device compatibility;

  • Assistive-technology compatibility;

  • Technical problems;

  • Changes to website functionality; or

  • Other circumstances outside my reasonable control.

  • Nothing in this Accessibility Statement is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights or protections provided under applicable Turkish law.

  • 8. Ongoing Improvements

  • Accessibility is an ongoing process.

  • I will continue to review my website, lesson arrangements, and lesson materials and will consider reasonable improvements where practical.

  • Feedback from students and website visitors is valuable in identifying accessibility barriers and improving the overall one-on-one online lesson experience.

  • 9. Feedback and Assistance

  • If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the Empress English website, booking system, lesson materials, or one-on-one online lessons, please contact me.

  • When contacting me, it is helpful to include:
