1. Free Trial Lesson
Our 30-minute Trial Lesson & Placement Assessment is completely free for new students.
No payment is required, and no refund policy applies.
2. Individual Lessons
Individual lessons may be rescheduled in accordance with our Cancellation & Rescheduling
Policy.
Once a lesson has been completed, it is considered delivered and is non-refundable.
3. Lesson Packages
Students may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been
used.
Once the first lesson has been completed, the package becomes non-refundable.
Unused lessons remain valid until the package expiration date stated at the time of
purchase.
4. IELTS & TOEFL Preparation Programs
Students may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided no lessons have been
used.
Once the first lesson has been completed, the program becomes non-refundable.
These programs include personalized lesson planning, instructor preparation, and reserved
lesson time.
5. Missed Lessons
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours; notice or missed without prior notice are
considered completed and are not eligible for a refund.

6. Technical Issues
If a lesson cannot be completed due to technical issues on the teachers side, the lesson will
be rescheduled at no additional charge.
If technical issues occur on the students side, the lesson will normally be considered
completed unless otherwise agreed at the discretion of Empress English.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
In exceptional circumstances, such as serious illness or other unforeseen events, Empress
English may, at its sole discretion, offer a lesson credit, package extension, or another
appropriate solution. Supporting documentation may be requested where appropriate.
8. How to Request a Refund
Please email to classes@empressenglish.com with:
-Your full name
-Date of purchase
- Course or package purchased
-Reason for your request
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be
issued to the original PayPal payment method in USD.
9. Changes to This Policy
Empress English reserves the right to update this Refund &Credit Policy at any time. The
latest version will always be available on our website.
